Gennadyi Pavlyuk, the prominent Kyrgyz journalist, was placed in the Almaty clinical hospital with permanent injuries and coma. Preliminary information indicates that he fell from sixth floor of residential building. According to Torekhan Alipbayev, the doctor at traumatology department, the condition of Gennadyi Pavlyuk is very bad and instable, KazTAG reports.

Kyrgyz General Consulate in Almaty informs that that incident took place yesterday when Kazakh law enforcement bodies filed the criminal case on this affair. The reasons of the incident are not specified yet.

By the end of this year Gennadiy Pavlyuk was going to launch Ata-Meken party newspaper, headed by famous opposition leader Omurbek Tekebaev.

Mr. Tekebaev informed Ferghana.Ru that his party is seriously concerned about the accident.

"We met Gennadyi Pavlyuk last week. Everything was going well and he did not mention he was going to visit Kazakhstan. Perhaps, he was invited to another country to assuage doubts", Mr. Tekebaev noted.

Earlier Pavlyuk headed Russian office of Argumenty i Fakty edition and then launched Belyi Parahod e-newspaper.

Kyrgyz society is very concerned about the incidents, involving journalists, especially considering the frequency of assaults.

It has to be mentioned that in the last two week the following persons were beaten in Bishkek: famous political scientist Alexander Knyazev, which was told that the attack is the answer to his political activity, former Kyrgyz Security Council Secretary Bolodt Djanuzakov (he was also the comrade of ex-President Askar Akaev). Osh Shamy newspaper office received two letters with threats and bullet. In his turn, Alexander Evgrafov, the representative of Rosbalt Russian information agency, was beaten in Bishkek.
