Botyr Khodzhayev is the new Economy Minister
All Uzbek media outlets published President Islam Karimov's decree appointing Botyr Asadilovich Khodzhayev economy minister, yesterday. Little is known of Khodzhayev to general public. He chaired the State Committee of Taxation between February 2000 and April 2002 but vacated the position for "a new assignment."
